Compensation Bonus and Plan

In Longrich, you get compensated in Seven different ways and these are:

1. Performance Bonus

2. Development Bonus

3. Leadership Bonus

4. Retail/Repeat Bonus

5. Platinum VIP Incentive

6. Worldwide incentive

7. Star Director Incentive


The following bonuses are paid out weekly and monthly. (EVERY THURSDAY)

1. Performance Bonus (WEEKLY)

2. Development Bonus.(WEEKLY)

3. Leadership Bonus (WEEKLY)

4. Retail/Repeat Bonus (MONTHLY)


**THEIR DETAILS**

1. Performance Bonus:

This is paid weekly and it is based on your entry level. The payment is made after you have referred minimum of two downlines and five weeks after the referrals have signed up.

For example, if you signed up as a VIP, you will earn 12% when your referrals sign up.

2. Development Bonus:

Longrich pays you 10% flat on two of the downlines that have signed up under you. Development Bonus is earned on the calculations of 60pv = 1unit = $6

3.. Leadership Bonus:

Longrich pays out leadership bonus up to your 12th generation. Minimum Leadership bonus is 10% and maximum leadership bonus is 45%.

Leadership bonus is basically a payment made to you as soon as your downlines start earning their performance bonuses. Therefore, it is a percentage paid to you when your downlines start earning performance bonus. You enjoy leadership bonuses from DIAMOND 1 and above


4. Retail/Repeat Bonus:

As an existing distributor, whenever you purchase products again, on your own account, you get paid retail/repeat bonus. The purchase must be over 30PV and it must not be an upgrade purchase.

Minimum retail/repeat bonus is 21% and maximum is 45%


The incentives:
Longrich has some mind blowing incentives and these include:

1. All expense paid trips to different parts of the world. (USA, China, Dubai, etc)

2. Brand new Cars

3. $150,000 equivalent House.

4. Free Education Scholarship.
