💥Over-inflating your product or your opportunity. The truth is enough.

💥Inconsistency. Whether you are the leader or just getting started, make sure that you’re consistent. When a person runs hot and cold, their team starts to lose faith in following their initiative. Also, inconsistency in building your business will crush your efforts.

💥Negativity. Nobody enjoys listening to negativity, or being around, or following people who are negative in their talk, posture or behavior. Negativity will crush an organization, so be positive.

💥The “Idea of the week.” Be stable within your organization when it comes to a method of operation that you’re asking people to do.

💥Sleeping around. What you do outside of your organization is one thing. What you do inside of your organization is a completely different thing. We’re professionals. Be professional. It’s just not worth the reputation risk. It’s not worth the emotional impact within an organization. It’s devastating.

💥Stealing distributors. Whether with good intentions or bad, just make a decision that if you didn’t bring them to the party, you’re not signing them up. Be an ambassdor, be a friend, but be supportive, pat them on the back, and send them on their way. Your job is to be their peer, not a predator.

💥Bouncing from company to company. Decide to sink your roots deep. There may come a time where you have to make a decision, you have to make a move. But don’t be a person that every couple of years you pull up roots and go someplace. It robs from your reputation in this great profession.

Your goal is to build a strong culture, build a great organization, and build a great residual future. From the first quote, am most concern on the Jewel – the power of money, and the Mirror – the power of self – knowledge, I have discovered from Robert .T. Kiyosaki that “Money is one form of power but what is more powerful is financial education”. The power of self – knowledge even the scriptures says “man know thyself” it’s an art of Wisdom for one to study himself and improve on his knowledge but look at what George the author of the richest man in Babylon would say about it “just so it is with the sons of men. Give them a choice of gold and wisdom – what do they do? Ignore the wisdom and waste the gold. On the morrow they wail because they no more gold” just think about it.

From the second quote you will discover that the writer made it clear that it was ‘golden stream’ and not golden salary that is required refill a fat purse, this golden stream Robert.T.Kiyosaki calls it PASSIVE INCOME (the income of the rich), you can only get passive income when you get your money to work for you.
