NOTE:1. For starter combo, Uplines only benefits from the downlines who bought the combo after the upline's purchase. (If your downline buys the combo before you then you will not get bonus)
           2. Mini combo bonus is only paid to the upline when the downline buy the combo with minimum  of 105PV upgrade order.(in the same order)
           3. Platinum combo bonus is only paid to the upline when the downline buy the combo with minimum of 550PV upgrade order.(in the same order)
           4. Vip combo bonus is only paid to the upline when the downline buy the combo with minimum of 1080PV upgrade order. (in the same order)
